Very itching spots on my legs, arms & hands. huge swelling around the areas sometimes red marks appear. symtoms appear like every other week sometimes like an itching burning feeling over my right shoulder but nothing is there.

This : This sounds like hives/ urticaria. It might be helpful to undergo a comprehensive evaluation by an allergist.
