Saline nose drops: At her age, cold medications are not recommended. If she develops a fever, you can give acetaminophen. Otherwise saline nose drops and suctioning (if she’ll allow it) and drinking plenty of fluids would be what I recommend. If she is not improving, please have her see her doctor.
