My daughter is 2.5years old..last week she suffered from cold just sneezing and little cough all these are cured in 3days itself after that i feel now when she cried alot suddenly there is a runny nose and fastened breath what does it mean?

It is not unsual to have running nose when crying because it is a reflex response and the emotion of what is causing the crying is causing the breathing to be a little fast. It is reflex response seen in a lot of people.
