I am experiencing heart palpitations and nasal congestion. the following also describe me: nasal drainage, difficulty breathing through nose, post nasal drip, runny nose, feeling anxious, sneezing, sore throat, cough, and thick saliva or mucus. ?

Nasal congestion : Your symptoms are consistent with an upper respiratory infection which could be viral or bacterial. You did not note how long you have had symptoms. If over 7-10!days would recommend seeing an ENT specialist to see if you need antibiotics.. also would check your pulse , not sure if the palpitations are from medicine you are taking or your illness.
