Be alert ! : The bleeding bumps on the side of the tongue can be many things, and so, e of which should be looked at closely.! please see an oral surgeon soon for a thorough history taking and to check it out and if not resolved in couple of weeks, need to have it biopsied, to be safe. Good luck. !
