No tobacco/alcohol: It is unlikely that you have cancer, however, it would be good to abstain from using tobacco in any form. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Stop smoking, see GP: Cancer of the mouth or throat is increased by cigarette smoking, however the incidence is rare in young adults, increasing with age. More common causes of pain is infection such as streptococcal sore throat which can cause ear pain. Treatment for this is to complete a course of antibiotics prescribed by your GP. Your GP is a good first port of call to diagnose and treat.
