Right side tonsillitis.stiff neck,ear fullness, tongue feels pulled&slightly painful on right side&bumps on it deep in throat.possible tongue cancer?

Unilateral tongue sx: Key issue is how long this has been going on. Most likely at your age, the symptoms are related to a localized infectious process, perhaps a peritonsillar abscess, with an immune reaction leading the tongue and other lymphoid tissue to respond, close off your tubes, enlarge nodes in your neck and even along your tongue. If persistent, go for exam. Oral cancer rare @22, but not impossible w. HPV
