May be fungal. : The key is to keep it dry. After washing pat dry with towel, maybe a little baby powder to take off any excess moisture, then a thin layer of cream only. Thin. May need to do this five times a day. Some would use a dusting of anti fungal powder. that should take care of it. If it doesn't go to see your doctor or dermatologist.
