A small red spot (like a bug bite) with a whitish center with no puss and not itchy on my left boob. 7 days and still not gone. started hydrocortisone cream today. routine breast us and blood work done 1 month ago and all normal. please advise?

Most red spots with a white center are pustules( related to pimples) which often don't drain pus,though. If there's no itchiness, tenderness or increasing redness, I'd give it a few days to resolve before seeing an MD.
