right breast itches and red veins appear. no skin flaking or rash. extremely itchy so i itch it raw. is this normal? just in one breast.

Unsure: That sounds like Tinea Corporis. If so it should respond to one of the OTC anti-fungal topical medications. If that does not work, then see your doctor.
