Email: After a Video Consult, the Dr will write notes on the visit, including symptoms, findings on exam etc. When they are finished making notes and sign the visit transcript, a copy will be emailed to you at the address noted on the chart. Occasionally Dr's have many patients in a row and may take longer getting the transcript finished and signed. You should receive it the same day
