I have had both my knees clicking every time i straighten them from a bent position or the feeling to also intermittent mild dull ache and they are always red in the morning it's a dark red at night its bright red and the other symptoms worsen night?

See Doctor : You are young so these symptoms are more unusual. If you have any fever you need to be seen ASAP. If no fever you should see Dr soon to evaluate for some type of inflammatory arthritis : those are usually quite treatable when properly diagnosed. Anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or naproxen usually will help the symptoms.
