I have recently had knee issues where they are red when i straighten my leg they click or feel the need to and sometimes a mild dull ache sometimes a bit more painful than mild but not bad i cant find any answer for this what could be causing this?

Traumatic injury?: A more detailed history and specific tests may be needed to diagnose your condition. The simplest would be traumatic injury (such as sport-related) if the complaints followed a suspicious event but you may also have a localized inflammation of the joint. Check with an orthopedist if symptoms continue.
