Excellent idea. Adequate Hydration is the first place to start, Then add Vitamin B-Complex, all of them; Vitamin C, D & E. A good One-A-Day multivitamin for Women (with iron if possible) is a good addition to Balanced nutrition with 10 -15% of daily calories from Protein, 15-25% from Fat and 60-75% from Carbs (Not Free Sugars)
