Dermatologist: Dyshydrotic eczema or a type of atopic dermatitis or atopic eczema are possibilities. I feel that these rather difficult to treat dermatological conditions are best treated by a dermatologist. In the meantime try applying cold compresses for 15 minutes followed by applying a moisturizing lotion until your appointment.
