a small recurring red raised bump on inside of my wrist. it itches. hydrocortisone cream helps. bump lasts a couple of wks. it returns in same spot?

Contact allergy: This suggest that the area is still exposed to a contact allergen such as the metal in the watch band or bracelet. The only treatment is avoidance. Another possibility is what we called nummular eczema which may be treated with a cortisone shot injected into the site. See dermatologist to find out.
