Im worried i may have hemorrhoids or another similar issue. i have had bleeding in my stool on and off for some months. it goes away for a few weeks and then comes back with no apparent cause. im a 26 yo male.

Common: You might be right as hemorrhoids are common and cause symptoms similar to yours. An exam will be needed in order to get a clear diagnosis. Goal should be on keeping your stools soft otherwise and staying physically active. Best to start with an exam will be your doc if established.
