Rarely my hemorrhoid will bleed during a harder passing stool. when i push it back in the anus, the bleeding stops. why only bleeds when outside?

Lower pressure...: Pushing the hemorrhoid into anus will lessen the blood pressure inside the dilated veins (hemorrhoid) and induce the pressuring tamponade effect by natural anal sphincteric contraction; together, natural hemostasis enhances and occurs.
