My calcium has been increasing and was 10.3 when last checked. my total protein had been increasing as well but i had that retested recently and it has since come down, back into the normal range. are these two things related at all?

Can be: Your doctor should do a protein electrophoresis test on your serum and urine to rule out plasma cell disorder. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. This is to prevent complications but will not address the underlying disorder. Wish you good health!

My total protein is high, and calcium borderline high. All of my other labs including hematology are normal. Would there likely be something else off on labs if this were cancer? Total protein: 8.4. Calcium: 10.3. Both have been increasing though.
