What are the symptoms of a broken cheekbone?i do not feel pain but i feel like left cheekbone is lower. i had ct scans taken and doctors said no fracture. when i touch it it feels numb and tingling. i was assaulted and received a big hit on cheekbon?

Nerve pinch: The CT would have picked up any fracture. The sensations you describe suggest a nerve was traumatized & is now sending phantom messages. These would generally gradually self heal over weeks to months. Sometimes numbness indicates a torn nerve that will not heal.
