A member asked:

I have 5 lumps in my breast that are not painful. i've seen a few doctors who have said they aren't cancerous and removal may be unnecessary. should i still go for yearly checkups just in case?

Yes: Yearly checkups remain important as related or unrelated conditions may develop. Many times surveillance is needed for such lesions anyways, but the yearly checks will involve overall recommended preventive tests.
