hi doc just a quick question. how do you know when you have anxiety and when can you take steps to getting help?

Interferes with life: Everyone experiences anxiety at various points in their lives. Anxiety becomes a mental health disorder when it is characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities. Anxiety may also include Obsessive compulsive disorder, PTSD, health anxiety and panic attacks. Talk to your PCP first to help evaluate, then ask for referrals.
