I had a dual chamber pacemaker placed on 3/8/21. placed due to bradycardia and syncope. after placement i had many ectopic beats. a 24 hour holter monitor was placed and the results were normal sinus rhythm with very frequent ectopic beats. normal?

The pacemaker catheter may induce premature beats due to local "irritation" and may need to be repositioned. I would not make more guesses as to the cause but would urge you to see your cardiologist for further advise.
