Sitting on couch at rest & sudden sinus tachycardia with lightheaded. went to er. monitored & sent home. happened again today. bp cuff caught irregular heartbeat & 130/84. wearing 30 day monitor. ep not concerned. second opinion?

It is important to be well hydrated. You may also check if there is any medication, alcohol or street drugs that you may not pay attention to but is affecting your heart rhythm and quit it for good. Even caffeine from soda or drinking coffee is not a good idea for you.
