Bug Bite Lump: It probably is a lumpy scar called Keloid or a benign skin tumor called Dermatofibroma. Cysts in general are soft and compressible. See a Dermatologist. It can be easily taken care of.

I found a very very very tiny perfectly round lump on my elbow, its slightly hard, but moveable under the skin. It also doesnt hurt, and hasnt grown. Is it possible its a cyst? Or should I be concerned?
