Need re-exam: There are several causes and diagnosis for the "cyst" on the back of your neck. I would advise you to see your primary care physician to get a referral to a surgeon the excise the "cyst" and see what kind of a lesion it is composed of. The swollen lymph node & the "cyst" may be related and could be a more serious problem.
