Lump over the spine : The spine has lots of normal lumps, google search spinous processes. More detailed information is needed to address this since there are several things you mention. There are many considerations that come to mind- one thing comes to the forefront, depression. There are many other possibilities for your symptoms; such as cervical disc disease, vitamin b12 deficiency, Lyme disease. See a doctor
