Sonogram findings : Individual sonogram reports should be interpreted by the doctor who ordered it. This way the findings can be interpreted in the appropriate clinical context. Inhomogeneous myometrium simply means there was an inconsistent pattern seen in the way the tissue reflected the sound waves from the sonogram. Without knowing your clinical situation we can not say much more.
