Heterogeneous: Heterogeneous myometrium means that the texture of the myometrium is not the same across the length of it. It is probably OK if no discrete lesion is seen. If there are symptoms that cannot be explained by it, it may be reasonable to have a follow up ultrasound in 3 months to see if there has been a change in the appearance.
