Ultrasound report?: I am assuming (which can be dangerous), that this was an ultrasound report. If so, the "thickened" smooth muscle of the uterus(adenomyosis) is evident which is more common in women who have had children. The endometrium, or lining of the uterus, is shown to be in the middle of the uterus where it is supposed to be located.
