Description: It sounds like you are trying to interpret an ultrasound. This is a description of what the uterus looks like. It needs to be taken in conjunction with the clinical picture. Are you mid cycle, pregnant or just lost a pregnancy, looking for a tumor? It just means that there are different components of material in the uterus like old and new blood in the tissue being the most common.
