Migraine: When migraine or mixed migraine headache becomes more frequent or chronic,there are medications or combination of meds that can help.Topamax can be used for chronic migraine but needs to be dose-titrated preferably to the maximum tolerated dose and then observe to see if the headache frequency and intensity improves. If it is not helpful,other meds can be used.
