Yes!: They can go together with caution particularly if the dose to topamax (topiramate) is over 200/day. Topamax (topiramate) can make the body process warfarin faster and therefore decease warfarin's level and efficacy. Therefore, she should check her inr more frequently initially to establish a stable level of warfarin. She may require higher doses of watfarin. Check with her doctor..
