I am taking topamax (topiramate) and maxalt for migraines. i am still having daily headaches and i am extremely tired all the time. also noticed i'm cold at night?

Rebound: Daily headaches are often due to rebound headaches; daily use of maxalt, (rizatriptan) or other relief medications, can cause the next headache to be due to medication wearing off, not a new migraine. Try to avoid responding to the headache with medication if you can for a week or two.

Get checked for: Thyroid condition. If headache worsens, ask your dr if s/he would consider ordering a head ct scan. Hope u feel better!
