No meds: 3 month old infants are too young for any kind of medication decongestant. The best way to unblock her nose is mechanically. While she is laying down, let 2-3 drops of nasal saline solution drip into her nostril. Wait 5-10 seconds, then aspirate out loosened mucus with a bulb aspirator. Repeat this for each nostril every 2-3 hours and just before feeding.
