2 month old baby having blocked nose ( not oozing) since 3 weeks. sometimes she has a dry cough. am scared. is it ok? should i give her zincovit drops

Try saline nose drop: try saline nose drops every 8hrs and only suction no more than every 8hrs some times oversuctioning can give swelling of the nasal mucosa and blockage. preferably do this before feeding so baby can eat and breath as babies are obligatory nose breathers a humidifyer with distilled water might help ofcoarse allergies to dust mold or pets must be considered
