I have pins and needles in my cheeks and feet. i tested my blood pressure incase and it was 117 over 81 with a heart rate of 110. i have no other symptoms of anxiety or panic could these still new be symptoms of panic or should i see a gp?

New numbness: This could be due to anxiety but with new symptoms of numbness in the face and lower extremities it would be worth a check by your doctor. Your BP seems good and your heart rate is consistent with a mild tachycardia that could be from anxiety but this is easy to check with a visit to make sure there is nothing else.
