I have anxiety and panic attacks can anxiety cause u to be lightheaded and weird head sensation daily 24/7 kinda wonky eyes sometimes had thyroid and blood work done all good heart test all good what could this be really worried the symp cause panic?

"Dizzyness" ?'s: Anxiety/panic attacks can alter perceptive awareness, but in the current pandemic, alteration in balance, and similar symptoms can be associated with Covid, so get a PCR test for Covid, and quarantine for at least 10 days with along with close contacts, even if Covid test negative. Get a referral to a neurology physician after quarantine if this continues.
