It is better to invest in stress management training with a life coach/therapist than to rely on the transient effect of drugs. The former can help for a lifetime, the latter until you run out. If I listen to a patient often enough, I will likely eventually hear a benign murmur. If it didn't require treatment, it is not worth worrying about.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
