Hi so i had a tonsillar abscess. ive been on antibiotics (the one that starts with a c) for 7 days now. i have no symptoms and the abscess is super small now. i madeout with someone yesterday. will they get it? am i still contagious?

Basics: Abscesses form occasionally when the germs penetrate deeply into the tissues. Germs can pass back & forth but abscesses do not. If you have been on abx for several days & improved it is most likely the germ was killed off to the point it would not pass though kissing. If it was strep, specifically you would not be considered contagious at that point.
