abscess after extraction. one oral antibiotic, 2 diff iv antibiotics but still have abscess.. what now?

Needs drainage: antibiotics alone are usually not enough to treat an abscess, no matter where the abscess is. You need to return to the dentist/oral surgeon and have a drainage procedure performed.
