Postnasal drip: If this only occurs in your bedroom, it could be due to dust collectors, excessive dryness,pets. Check for these and make corrections. You could also ask your physician to prescribe a corticosteroid nasal spray.

Last week I had sinus issues and it resolved. This week I was kept up with a post nasal drip cough. I took 2 zyrtec and 1 tessalon pearles to sleep.
