Either way is fine!: People can enjoy fruit salad, fruit smoothies, or individual fruits, all without any digestive problems. All the fruits are mixed up in the stomach anyway. If a person is overweight or has a strong family history of diabetes, he should realize that fruits have a lot of sugar.
