High intensity interval training, a series of 6 seconds intense sprints .Lifting 2-3 full body workouts a week and leg exercises[squats] and good sleep ,at least 7 hours. Hire a personal trainer for best results.

In a normal healthy male there is no need or benefit in trying to 'boost' testosterone . Any such attempts may increase weight, muscle mass and have adverse affect on the testes. Pl stay away from that. Too much of a thing is not necessarily a good thing
