I have cubital tunnel and i have just lost feeling in my pinky and ring finger and im in severe pain do i need to go to the hospital or what and if i go is there a chance ill have emergency surgery?

Finger pain: If you can't get seen by a hand surgeon right away and are in severe pain, I recommend going to the emergency room for prompt evaluation and care. If deemed advisable a hand surgeon can be called in by the emergency room physician.
