No, ? TOS: 30's female with parasthesias in 5-2 fingers suggests primary neural impingement to be occurring in region of shoulder girdle brachial neural plexus, and concern is raised for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. A Neurologist is skillful at localizing neural disorders.

Arm paresthesias as hold it overhead suggests Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, TOS. Sloped shoulders, oft seen Irish & Nordics, & "crossed muscles" of Superior trapezius can potentiate TOS, which manifests in arm used repetitively overhead; especially pitchers, painters & aircraft mechanics. See an Osteopath.

Pain in unilateral scapula region likely represents soft tissue spasm. Look in mirror & at photos. Is head chronically tilted toward left side. Head weighs 10 pounds. Pinch leading edge of Superior trapezius muscle at top of shoulder. Is the right thick and painful compared to a soft thin left? Crossed muscles in shoulder? Scoliosis? Left sacroiliac joint sags? See Osteopath.

My studies of TOS report abnormal ultrasound of subclavian artery w. Addson's maneuver & asymmetric superior trapezium. Shrug exercises rehab atrophic superior trapezius & open costoclavicular dimension. Published at Quora.com; my Pain Syndrome board.
