Don't lean on the : Table. I find that many people get this because the lean on the table when eating or working. My partner got it from leaning on the elliptical trainer when she exercised.

Maybe: The chances are though that you will have pain and numbness. Best thing to do is see an orthopedic surgeon who may inject the area or prescribe medication and/or physiotherapy.
