Can getting a shave biopsy of a suspicious mole cause it to regrow as melanoma? i got a mole removed 6 months ago, it came back as normal compound, but has grown back very unevenly on top of the scar. can the biopsy damage kickstart cancer?

No: If the biopsy did not show atypical cells (precancerous) then it will not turn into skin cancer. If the mole grew back unevenly you can have it surgically removed.
