A small(maybe "sewing"?)needle stuck into my toe from below my flipflop.my puncture was tiny&didn't bleed.i put ethyl alcohol 70% on the wound(almost unnoticeable)&then aloe vera gel.are they enough to keep my puncture from being infected or tetanus?
