I got a tiny cut from a rusted razor blade that was sitting in my home. it is so small but it did bleed a bit. i never got a tetanus shot, should i be concerned about that? i cleaned it with soap and sprayed alcohol on it and neoporin with band-aid?

Yes, you should be up to date with your tetanus shot. The easiest will be during a visit with your primary care doc, when you can have the foot wound looked at and getting your tetanus shot. Foot wounds tend to get infected due to location and should be watched and cared for closely until healed completely.
